Privacy policy

AppTier collects only the account, community contribution, and technical data needed to operate the service.

After explicit analytics consent, AppTier records aggregated app-listing views and outbound-link clicks. Reports may group these events by the selected destination, AppTier discovery surface, and referring domain. AppTier does not retain complete referring URLs, browsing paths from external sites, browser fingerprints, or persistent cross-session visitor identifiers for this analytics system.

A session-storage marker prevents repeated listing refreshes from being counted more than once in the same browser session. IP addresses are used transiently for abuse rate limiting and are not stored with analytics events. Google Analytics loads only after explicit consent and only when a measurement ID is configured.

This policy must be reviewed before launch.
